Frame and body troubleshooting deserves special attention. Usually, after sandblasting, all defects are revealed, including those which are not seen during the initial inspection of the car, for example, cracks and microcracks, as well as deformation defects: twisting geometry distortions, longitudinal and transverse bends, etc. The geometrical dimensions of the frame are verified by us with the original factory drawings, according to which this particular car was created at the time. During the work, we take into account both metal fatigue and the preservation of the original design, and modern safety standards.
