From the Grand Duchy to the French Riviera: one Union, no customs.

No customs formalities.
Luxembourg and France both belong to the European Union: the car travels freely. It carries its registration certificate and keeps its Luxembourg plates.
If the car is already on the Riviera, nothing changes: you can drive it to the workshop yourself, by appointment, Monday to Saturday.

Shipping your car.
From the capital or elsewhere in the Grand Duchy, transport is arranged on request, there and back. The terms are set out in writing before each departure.
The car can also travel one way only: it reaches Mougins before your stay, then remains for as long as needed.

One car, two addresses.
Between the Grand Duchy and the Riviera, some cars divide their year. The workshop offers storage and seasonal preparation: the car waits for you in Mougins, maintained and ready to drive when you arrive.
When you leave, it can stay, or follow you. The precautions for its rest are set out in our answers on winter storage.

Luxury and classic.
Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, Porsche or Mercedes-Benz, classic or modern: the workshop welcomes these cars for servicing, mechanics, bodywork or a full restoration. A modern Bentley needs a service as rigorous as an older one.
All upholstery is made in the workshop. The cognac leather interior of the Porsche 964 Carrera 4, door panels and quilted front luggage compartment included, was sewn here.

Part-exchange and consignment.
A car you wish to part with can be entrusted to the workshop. Part-exchange or sale on consignment: it is inspected, prepared, then presented from Mougins.
The terms are agreed with you, on quotation, after the car has been inspected.

The quote, then the follow-up.
The quote starts from your photographs and videos; it is confirmed once the car has been inspected at the workshop. Conversations are in French or English, directly with the owner of the workshop.
Photographs of every stage reach you as the work progresses, and the invoice details every task.
Your questions
Does the work change the Luxembourg registration?
No. The car returns with its plates and registration certificate, with no customs formalities.
Can you keep the car from one season to the next?
Yes. Storage and seasonal preparation are offered at the Mougins workshop. The car waits for you, ready to drive.
Is the quote based on photographs final?
It gives a first, detailed estimate. It is confirmed once the car has been inspected at the workshop, before work begins.
Which languages can we use?
French or English, directly with the owner of the workshop, by phone or on WhatsApp.
