Whether the car is in Ukraine or already in the Union, the process is prepared step by step.

Outside the Union.
Ukraine is not part of the European Union. A car leaving Ukraine for work exits Ukrainian territory temporarily, then enters the Union under a customs procedure; the return follows the reverse path.
These rules may change. Before anything leaves, check them with the State Customs Service of Ukraine and with a forwarding agent, who usually handles the declarations.

A car already in the Union.
If your car is already in a country of the Union, the process is, as a rule, that of a departure from within the Union: the car reaches Mougins without clearing customs. Its status within the Union should be checked with your forwarding agent.

Shipping your car.
Transport is arranged on request, there and back, from the agreed address in Europe. The terms are set out in writing before each departure.
The point of departure is agreed with you, taking into account the formalities your forwarding agent has prepared.

Documents for every stage.
For a customs file, precision matters. The detailed invoice describes every task, item by item.
The photographs taken at every stage show the car as it arrived, then as it leaves. They reach you as the work progresses, wherever you are.
Before departure, gather the registration certificate, the proof of ownership and the car’s history. Your forwarding agent will tell you which ones they need.

A direct conversation.
The quote starts from your photographs and videos; it is confirmed once the car has been inspected at the workshop. You deal directly with the owner of the workshop, in French, English or Russian, by phone or on WhatsApp.

The crafts.
Full restoration, mechanics, bodywork and paint, upholstery: classic or modern, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Bentley or Ferrari are welcome at the workshop. The projects show a few of them, stage by stage.
The workshop also offers storage: the car can wait in Mougins, maintained, for the moment of its return.
