Ferrari Testarossa, at our Mougins workshop

Clients in Italy

Milan, Turin, Genoa or Rome. Beyond the Alps, the Riviera carries on.

01

No customs.

Italy and France both belong to the European Union: the car travels freely, with no customs formalities at all. It carries its registration certificate and keeps its Italian plates, there and back.

02

Shipping your car.

From Liguria, Piedmont, Lombardy or further afield, transport is arranged on request, there and back. The terms are set out in writing before each departure.

A car that no longer runs, an engine beyond use: each case is loaded accordingly. Simply mention it in your request.

03

The certificate of historic interest.

In Italy, a car twenty years old or more can, as a rule, obtain a certificate of historic interest, issued notably by the ASI. The assessment concerns the car’s authenticity.

A faithful restoration sits naturally within it. The photographs taken at every stage and the detailed invoice can complete your file; the judgement rests with the body issuing the certificate.

04

Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini.

The workshop knows Italian engineering. The flat-twelve of a Ferrari Testarossa was removed here, stripped down to the block, rebuilt part by part, then refitted, all the way to the road test.

A Ferrari 612 Scaglietti was repainted here in the booth, two-tone midnight blue and cream, then trimmed in blue-green leather.

Maserati and Lamborghini, classic or modern, are welcomed in the same way, for mechanical work, bodywork or upholstery. A latest-generation Ferrari receives the same care as a Testarossa: diagnosis first, then servicing or repair.

05

A direct conversation.

The quote starts from your photographs and videos, then is confirmed once the car has been inspected at the workshop. Conversations are in English or French, directly with the owner of the workshop.

Photographs of every stage reach you as the work progresses, and the invoice details every task.

Your questions

Does the car keep its Italian plates?

Yes. Work carried out in France changes nothing in the registration: the car returns with its Italian plates and papers.

Can the workshop rebuild a Ferrari engine?

Yes. The V12 of a Testarossa was fully stripped, rebuilt and reassembled here, all the way to the road test. Every engine is first diagnosed, then quoted.

Can the project support an ASI file?

The photographs of every stage and the detailed invoice document the work. The judgement of authenticity rests with the ASI or the body issuing the certificate.

What should the first message include?

A few photographs of the bodywork, the interior and the engine bay, a video of the engine running if possible, and a description of the work you have in mind. The quote is prepared on that basis, then confirmed at the workshop.
