Clients in Spain

Madrid, Barcelona, Marbella or Valencia. From one coast to the other, the Mediterranean in common.

01

Free movement.

Spain and France both belong to the European Union: no customs formalities. The car travels with its registration certificate and keeps its Spanish plates.

02

Shipping your car.

From Catalonia, Madrid or the Costa del Sol, transport is arranged on request, there and back. The terms are set out in writing before each departure.

03

The « vehículo histórico ».

In Spain, a car at least thirty years old can, as a rule, be classed as a « vehículo histórico ». The classification assumes a car true to its original condition; the Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT) sets the conditions.

A restoration that respects period colours, materials and mechanics works in that direction. The photographs of the work and the detailed invoice document every task.

04

Marbella, and modern cars.

On the Costa del Sol, modern exceptional cars abound: Lamborghini, McLaren, latest-generation Ferrari or Porsche. The workshop welcomes them for servicing, mechanical work or bodywork, just as it does the classics.

A modern car is also judged by its settings and electronics: diagnosis comes before any repair, and every task appears on the detailed invoice.

05

Sun and convertibles.

For a convertible, southern light is a demanding companion: leather, hoods and paint all bear its mark.

The Mercedes-Benz 220 SEb Cabriolet restored at the workshop shows it: ivory bodyshell lacquered right into the engine bay, red leather upholstery, beige hood.

Cracked leather, faded paint, dulled chrome: each is dealt with under one roof, from the trim shop to the paint booth.

06

A direct conversation.

The quote starts from your photographs and videos, then is confirmed once the car has been inspected at the workshop. Conversations are in English or French, directly with the owner of the workshop, and photographs of every stage reach you as the work progresses.

Your questions

Does the car keep its Spanish plates?

Yes. It travels with its registration certificate and returns with its plates, with no customs formalities.

Do you also service modern supercars?

Yes. Modern Lamborghini, McLaren, Ferrari or Porsche are welcome for servicing, mechanics, bodywork and upholstery, on quotation.

Can a restoration prepare a car for « histórico » classification?

A restoration faithful to the original respects what the classification examines. The decision rests with the Spanish authorities; the photographs of the work and the detailed invoice document it.

How does the remote conversation work?

In English or French, directly with the owner of the workshop, by phone or on WhatsApp. You receive photographs of every stage, then the detailed invoice on return.
